Postnl chooses Hardware and Conveyor Bricks from Bendur for Fulfilment center

While it's become completely normal for us, it feels like it's also been put into a scene from "The Jetsons." Robots are filling dozens of containers in plastic packaging, functional carts are retrieving the correct crates, and roller conveyors resemble self-thinking, living organisms. Today we're filming our latest "Conveyor Bricks" project, and the photographer, videographer, marketer, and website builder who are on board are amazed.

At PostNL's fulfillment center in Houten, everything revolves around speed and reliability. More than 11,000 orders are processed here daily for major (inter)national brands. A large part of the process is complete, with an AutoStore system of 21,000 bins and 42 robots that collect and prepare products. From that moment on, our system comes into play.

Within a few weeks, the entire system was up and running, fully operational. Because everything is modular, we could adapt quickly and easily make adjustments as needed.
