Delivery Time

When you place an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation. This confirmation will specify the delivery time. Generally, if you order on a business day and you have not chosen to pay by prepayment, then your order will be shipped the next business day, provided the complete order is in stock.

If not all ordered products are in stock, then we wait to ship the products until all ordered items are available.

Expected delivery time in Netherlands, Belgium and Germany 3 to 5 business days

Track & Trace

If we send a package to you, you will receive an email from us with a Track & Trace code that allows you to follow the package.

Pick Up

In the checkout process, you can also choose to pick up the ordered products. You will receive an email from us when the products are ready to be picked up.

Shipping Costs

We charge shipping costs. When you pay shipping costs to us, you are not only paying for the costs that the carrier charges us. You also pay for handling costs such as: the cost to gather the order, administration costs, packaging costs, the address label, the packaging material, etc. All these are included in our shipping costs.
