Ordering

Ordering is quick and very simple

• Go to the item of your choice.
• Choose from the possible options of the product.
• Click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button

After adding a product to the cart, a number of steps still need to be followed.

Shopping Cart

In the shopping cart, you can make final adjustments to your order. Change the quantity, remove products or move items to a quote request.
You will also see an overview of the total costs here. Shipping costs are not yet included in this total. These costs will be shown later in the checkout process.

• Click on the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button
  

Delivery

In this step, you fill in your contact details. You can also choose how you want to receive the order or if you prefer to pick it up at our location.

• Click on the ‘Next’ button

Review & Pay

Here you choose the way you want to pay. Most customers of Bendur pay with iDeal, which is safe and fast. It is also possible to pay with a Credit Card or via a prepayment by Bank. Only business customers can pay on account.

In this step, you can also enter a billing address if it is different from the delivery address.
