Returns

The consumer (a natural person who does not act in the exercise of his profession or business) has the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after receipt of the ordered product, after which you have another 14 days to return the product.

If you revoke the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without delay and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to revoke the agreement.

We will refund you using the same payment method with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged any fees for such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your decision to cancel this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. The direct costs of returning the goods are at your expense.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

If you want to return a product, we ask you to do the following:

• You report to info@bendur.nl that you want to return a product.
• You will receive a return form from us. You must always include this form with the return shipment.
• You are responsible for returning the package yourself and pay the costs for the return shipment yourself. If we have sent you an incorrect, defective or damaged product or have made a mistake in any other way, the costs for returning it will of course be for us.
• After we have received your return package and checked it for completeness and any damage, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 14 days.
• If a return package unexpectedly does not arrive with us or arrives damaged, you, as the sender of the package, are liable.
